Update - Improved Windows version... and the usual

I used to lie in bed each night, paralysed - pondering the question, why does Family Dinner have such a large file size on Windows?

Now I am free. With Version 2.2, the Windows file size has been cut to a third of what it once was! Naturally, this update also includes some small bug fixes and adjustments - please continue to report any issues you come across.
